nourishing support for mind, body and sole
reflexology
A deeply restorative treatment that works through massage techniques and gentle pressure on the feet to encourage relaxation, ease tension, and support the body's natural balance. Clients often find it helps with stress, poor sleep, and a nervous system that rarely gets to rest.
nutritional therapy
A personalised, whole-body approach that looks at how food, lifestyle and daily habits are affecting the way you feel. Rather than offering a generic plan, I work with you to understand what's actually going on, and build realistic changes that fit your real life.
about georgia
I'm a registered Reflexologist and Nutritional Therapist with a professional background spanning both hands-on therapeutic practice and evidence-informed nutrition. My approach is holistic, always centred on the individual and what they need most at that point in their life. My work focuses on helping people feel more grounded, resilient and at ease, particularly those navigating the demands of busy, full lives.
I trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing three years of study and over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. I subsequently trained in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology at Regent's University London, where I deepened my specialism in nervous system regulation and therapeutic bodywork. I specialise in both foot and facial reflexology. I hold professional registrations with BANT, the ANP, the AoR and the CNHC, and am fully insured.
My additional qualifications include specialist CPD training in Pre-Conception and Maternity Reflexology, Spinal Reflexology, and Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift, all completed with the London School of Reflexology.
I work with clients using nutritional therapy, reflexology, or a combination of both, tailoring each approach to the individual. My focus is always on realistic, sustainable change that fits comfortably into real life, delivered with expertise and genuine care.
