Practical, personalised support for women seeking steadier energy and sustainable balance.
I support women navigating demanding roles and full lives who want to feel steadier, more energised and more in control of their health.
My approach is thoughtful, realistic and designed to help you feel nourished, regulated and more at home in your body.
Reflexology
A restorative treatment using gentle pressure on the feet to support deep relaxation and the bodyβs natural balance. Reflexology can help ease stress, improve sleep and calm an overactive nervous system. It offers a structured space to switch off, particularly for those who spend much of their time managing responsibilities and staying switched on for others.
Nutritional Therapy
A personalised, evidence-informed approach to restoring steady energy and supporting hormonal health within the demands of modern life. Through food, lifestyle strategy and carefully selected supplementation where appropriate, Nutritional Therapy helps regulate stress, improve resilience and build habits that feel realistic and sustainable.
About me
Iβm Georgia, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Reflexologist supporting women in restoring steady energy, balance and resilience in their everyday lives.
I trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing three years of study alongside over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. I later trained in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology at Regentβs University London, deepening my hands-on therapeutic work and interest in nervous system regulation.
I am a registered member of BANT, ANP and the Association of Reflexologists, and am listed with the CNHC, ensuring my practice is held to recognised professional and ethical standards.
My work is grounded in evidence-informed nutrition and delivered with calm, thoughtful care. Whether through nutritional therapy, reflexology or a combination of the two, I support clients in making realistic, sustainable changes that fit comfortably into their real lives.
