Reflexology & Nutritional Therapy in South East London

reflexology

A deeply restorative treatment that works through massage techniques and gentle pressure on the feet to encourage relaxation, ease tension, and support the body's natural balance. Clients often find it helps with stress, poor sleep, and a nervous system that rarely gets to rest.

nutritional therapy

A personalised, whole-body approach that looks at how food, lifestyle and daily habits are affecting the way you feel. Rather than offering a generic plan, I work with you to understand what's actually going on, and build realistic changes that fit your real life.

what my clients say

“I had regular reflexology with Georgia throughout my second and third trimester and it made such a difference. It helped with swelling, back ache and the anxiety that comes with late pregnancy. The sessions were so relaxing and I always left feeling lighter and more positive. I can’t recommend her enough to other expectant mums.”

“Georgia’s reflexology sessions have become my monthly reset. I arrive stressed and leave feeling calm and grounded. Highly recommend if you need help switching off.”

“Working with Georgia has been a game-changer for my PCOS. She created a realistic nutritional therapy plan that fits my chaotic schedule. My energy is steadier, bloating has reduced, and my cycles are starting to regulate. I finally feel back in control.”

about georgia

I'm a registered Reflexologist and Nutritional Therapist supporting people in feeling steadier, calmer and more resilient in everyday life.

I trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing three years of study alongside over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. I later trained in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology at Regent's University London, deepening my hands-on therapeutic work and focus on nervous system regulation. I hold professional registrations with BANT, the ANP, the AoR, and the CNHC.

My work is grounded in evidence-informed nutrition and delivered with calm, considered care. Whether through nutritional therapy, reflexology or a combination of both, I support clients in making realistic, sustainable changes that integrate comfortably into real life.
