Phase 1: Your Health Journey Begins
Before we embark on your health journey, we'll start with a health questionnaire and 3-day food diary. This will provide valuable insights into your current health and habits.
Phase 2: Personalised Consultation
In our in-depth 90-minute one-on-one consultation, we'll delve into your health history, lifestyle habits, and any concerns you may have. This personalised approach will help us identify the root causes of your health issues.
Phase 3: Your Tailored Plan
Based on our discussion, I'll create a customised nutrition and lifestyle plan, including dietary recommendations, lifestyle strategies, and supplement suggestions (if necessary). We'll review this plan together in a 20-minute follow-up call to ensure you have all the information you need.
Phase 4: Progress Check-in
Four weeks into your plan, we'll meet for a 45-minute follow-up to discuss your progress, address any questions, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
Phase 5: A Sustainable Future
At the end of your 12-week program, we'll have a final 45-minute session to review your progress, celebrate your achievements, and establish long-term strategies to maintain your health and well-being.

Every two weeks, we'll meet for a 20-minute or 45-minute check-in to discuss your progress, address any challenges, review any test results, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. This ongoing support will keep you motivated and on track.
Phase 5: A Sustainable Future
At the end of your 12-week program, we’ll have a final session to review your progress, celebrate your achievements, and establish long-term strategies to maintain your health and well-being
